Pacific Funding and Projects Intelligence Portal
(PFPIP)
Led by ISPS, Empowering Pacific Island Nations for Sustainable Development
Welcome to the Pacific Project and Funding Intelligence Hub.
The Pacific Project and Funding Intelligence Hub, led by the International Strategic Planning Services (ISPS) with support currently sought from the Melanesian Spearhead Group (MSG), regional NGOs, and Island administrations, is designed to serve all Pacific Island Countries and Territories (PICTs).
This platform will progressively provide more actionable intelligence on projects, funding opportunities, and partnerships, addressing challenges like extreme event vulnerability from cyclones, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions (e.g., Ambae Island, Vanuatu), and geoengineering impacts, such as Stratospheric Aerosol Injection, which contribute to ocean warming and disrupt coastal livelihoods.
The platform will also disclose reliable intelligence on some of the disclosures made by the current USA administration`s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) headed by the world`s richest man, Elon Musk. Particularly with regards to conditionality's overreach and regime change efforts affecting national cultures as well as the funding of terrorist organizations such as Boko Haram in Nigeria. How those disclosures effect Multilateral Guarantees by the World Bank`s agency for such risk management, namely MIGA.
New aid agencies to fill the gaps of divisions in USAID exposed by DOGE and the Heritage Foundation will be featured here. Some of those will in all probability be launched through this very portal.
With such an in depth commitment to cultural preservation, geopolitical neutrality, and aid transparency, the hub empowers Pacific communities to achieve true and unfettered sustainable development.
Please note; -
The blog post relating to this initiative and which provides far more insight such as the draft project proposal can be seen here.
The robust mandates backed by extremely well researched and developed Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure / Non-Solicitation / Non-circumvention Agreements that form the basis of this consultancy and were settled by some of the world`s best legal advocates and barristers, ensures that the possibility of conflicts of interest is effectively negated.
This project has started pitching to governments in Melanesia, notably Vanuatu for support and endorsement.
Those interested in coming aboard can contact us here.
This page will also soon feature security levels, accessed through registration and login tabs. This feature will be managed by an old school IT specialist who is vastly experience in internet security and completely uninfected by modern methods that are full of holes and pose as the latest in security developments.
National Intelligence agencies will have their own customised clearance levels.
