The latest executive order of president Donald Trump entitled Addressing Egregious Actions of The Republic of South Africa, comments by Elon Musk in respect of being unable to deploy Starlink to South Africa because of the Black Economic Empowerment laws, and the submission by an independent Commission of Inquiry to President Trump and Elon Musk casts a prescient spotlight on this topic.

The question that arises is this: -

How can International Strategic Planning contribute to remedying what should be the obvious Commercial Political and legal consequences and fall out of policies and laws that require such drastic intervention by the leader of the free world?

The answer to that is simple. It is to come up with workable strategies to mitigate the inherent risk in such policies. To pivot from Retribution and Regression to Reformation and Reconstruction as the slogan contained in that submission suggests.

The submission contains some hints of what can be leveraged in the existing scenario to alleviate what are quite obviously going to be major economic repercussions for such myopic policies, and laws.

However, that is not even to fully explore strategies to mitigate the massive bond market fall -out for banking or the implications of the junk bonds and their associated derivatives risks as emerges from the submission.

For those International Strategic Planners that have the necessary acumen, this situation presents opportunities to make contributions that will have long lasting implications in our global landscape.

As a result, this consultancy looks forward to collaborating to the ends of making the world safer, more stable and vastly more prosperous.

Not having seen the interview, I agree with your provisional comments whole heartedly.

My understanding is that black people and the state own the vast majority of arable land in South Africa and in fact have done so since the policy of separate development was instituted. When land reform already took place since most of the best agricultural arable land was bought from white farmers and given to the entities and trusts of the African tribal home lands. A situation that still persists today.

It is developed arable land they are now after, which is basically stolen with no regard for cancelling the mortgage bonds used to leverage that development.

The land is then allowed to be pillaged and destroyed and it ends up in state hands, not the intended beneficiaries.

It is raw communism and yes, it was inculcated fostered and promoted by thee USA / UN deep state who have many brainwashed, in many cases, Stockholm Syndrome agents installed in organisations that pretend to help South Africans being slaughtered by the genocide incited by the Likes of Malema,

The Nazi-`ism opposed by Russia in Ukraine is alive and well in South Africa. Russia should therefore also take responsibility and intervene.

Elon Musk says Star-Link cannot go to South Africa because he is not black. See https://www.rt.com/news/613889-starlink-musk-not-black/ In the article it states: -
`The South African government says that the controversial Expropriation Act is aimed at remedying the disparities in the country, where white farmers still own the majority of land, despite whites comprising around 7% of the population.`

I thought is necessary to post the comment I made on that article here as well. I wrote: -

`Neither will they get many other products as the RSA laws required that companies have up to 50% local black shareholding. So, the blacks are so weak that they need to pirate 30 to 50% of whatever foreign companies want to invest or sell their goods and services there. How woefully pathetic.

As far as land goes, Ramaphosa tells a flat out lie because the government and black ex homeland trusts alone, own by far most of the arable land in South Africa. It is the arable land that was developed through hard work and corporate and other risks that they are after because they are too weak to develop it themselves The track record proves that because almost all developed land that has been transferred to blacks has been stripped bare of assets, produce and livestock and ended up a complete broken down, abandoned sorry mess. Most land reform projects are the same because the communist government of RSA simply refuses to pass title to their own people.

Not to mention the sweetheart deals that they have done with the likes of Soros and other despicable people for the junk bonds secured by UN backed MIGA guarantees.

Bonds that the local banks require repayments for from the white farmers, even though they no longer have the land to earn something off to repay the bonds. Corporate conduct so evil that it reaches to the heavens.

Or the organisations posing to fight for white farmers that have been subjected to USAID funded CIA PSYOPS that have most of those woefully arrogant, haughty and sanctimonious Afrikaner traitors firmly embedded in a Stockholm Syndrome held together by the bonds of compromise, corruption, conflict of interest and cowardice.`

US officials introduce law to sanction South Africa

The bill states that no later than 120 days after enactment, the President, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Secretary of the Treasury, shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a classified report including:

A list of senior South African government officials and ANC leaders that US the President determines have engaged in corruption or human rights abuses.

The report will also include a detailed explanation describing the conduct forming the basis of the person’s inclusion on the list, and the expected timeline for sanctions.
